We’re excited to announce the graduation of our Fall 2024 Treejectory cohort - our largest cohort yet sitting at 66 candidates. This cohort concluded their field studies by supporting the City of San Diego's Kate Sessions Birthday Tree Planting event this month, planting 11 24" box trees with the help of volunteers from Illumina, The Good Traveler, and West Coast Arborists.
What is Treejectory?
This hybrid workforce development program supports a cohort of dedicated participants who dive into hands-on training and immersive learning experiences focused on urban forestry, sustainability, and community engagement. Over the course of Treejectory, candidates gain valuable skills to become future leaders in environmental stewardship, helping us expand San Diego’s urban canopy and promote a greener future for all.
